Welcome to Golf Deutsch.

My name is David Stobie, Managing Director. For the last eight years, I have been involved in organising golfing breaks in Northern Germany. These breaks have been to arrange for parties of two or more to play on the courses at Schloss Luedersburg, a beautiful destination just south of Hamburg.

Schloss Luedersburg holds a special interest for me as I worked there for four years and am therefore very familiar with the courses, the accommodation, the friendly staff as well as the town and the people of Luedersburg and its surrounding area.

The beginning…..

Following my time working at Schloss Luedersburg, I accepted a post as manager of a Berkshire Golf Course. Whilst there, I persuaded 8 (initially hesitant) members to go on a weekend golfing trip to Northern Germany. The trip was a huge success and all who went had a fantastic time, resulting in a number of return trips thereafter.

Let me organise a trip for you…..

A long weekend, departing from a UK airport on the Friday and returning on the Sunday, inclusive of bed and breakfast, three 18 hole rounds of golf and transfers between airport and your hotel costs from as little as £300 per person.

Troubleshooting…..

Should you encounter any unfortunate difficulties during your trip, you will have my direct telephone number to call. I have many contacts in Germany and will be able to resolve any problem, big or small, quickly and effectively.

My grandfather taught me golf on the West Coast of Scotland, the home of golf, when I was very young. I have now been playing for over 25 years and for the last 10 years have been organising golfing events. As a golfer, I know what golfers like, what they expect and what ultimately keeps them happy!

The trips that I am organising are to a place that I know very well and that I have enjoyed both working and golfing at for a number of years.
